Early in their marriage, Jaime and Nathan Cross found their differences driving a wedge between them, so they dug in and did their work. Nathan, an extreme introvert, started speaking up, using more words of affirmation, and Jaime, who is a woman of action , learned to slow down and be more present. By the way, they did it all while building a hugely successful skin care company together – MIG Soap!

Jaime is a chemistry wizard, a business building machine, a futurist and visionary called to change the world through empowering entrepreneurs. Nathan is an artist, a music maker, a theologian and jujitsu master called to change the world through revolutionizing the way we relate to our Creator.
