About Jason Priest:

I’m currently in the best shape of my life but it hasn't always been this way. I used to have a Dad Bod myself until one day I decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I spent the first 6 years of my career working in an ICU as a registered nurse followed by several years as a Director of Nursing at a long term care facility. I later went on to work in corporate wellness doing health coaching and personal training and I am also a fitness nutrition specialist. I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and fitness and after re-defining my own Dad Bod I wanted to create a program that was simple to follow and still allowed other Dads and busy professionals to eat all of the foods they love and even enjoy some occasional beers. I remember the days of skipping meals, poor nutrition and minimal exercise when I was always running on fumes. That is no way to live and is the very reason why I started Dad Bod Health and have helped 100's of Dads and busy professionals re-define their Dad Bods. I wanted to help other men simplify their lives when it comes to fitness and nutrition so they can live the life they deserve and be the leaders of their families in every aspect of life.
